About Chapala Gardens

Started by a small family with no previous farming experience, Chapala Gardens now leads the local food movement in Santa Barbara.

The farm makes the most of its 100-year-old rooftop growing space — yielding almost one ton of living produce annually, which goes to CSA customers, farmers markets, restaurants, and food banks.
