To secure a quality source of fresh, local ingredients for their five restaurants, Paul and Wendy Hamilton decided to start their own greenhouse growing operation.
In the heart of downtown St. Louis, Hamilton Farms yields several tons of produce every year. And since the farm is located near the Hamilton’s restaurants, transportation time is minimal. That means that the food ending up on plates is just as flavorful and nutritious as the moment it was picked.
